How do I clean FurSwipe?
Remove collected fur, hand wash the mitt, and let it air dry completely.
Does NightPaw come with waste bags?
No. Waste bags are not included.
Does PawTrace include an AirTag?
No. An Apple AirTag is sold separately. The collar has no built-in GPS and cannot track a pet by itself. Its breakaway buckle is not suitable for leash restraint.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Contact us before returning an item
To request a return, email beniciogullo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. You must receive return authorization from our support team before sending anything back.
After approval, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address confirmed with CJdropshipping for your specific order. We do not publish a permanent return address. Do not send your return to an address on the original package unless our support team specifically authorizes it. Items sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.
Return shipping
- You pay return shipping if you change your mind, order the wrong variant, or no longer want the product.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, Tarchia covers any required return shipping. Our support team will arrange a prepaid return label, replacement, or refund, as appropriate for the issue.
Restocking fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
